Bidders must be registered to bid with our Bidders Office. No unregistered bidders will be allowed in.
Bidders may pre-register by Phone 612-827-3832, E-mail; creditcardshotgun@comcast.net or at the shop. (pre-registration will save you time on the sale date.) You must have an valid D.L. or State ID. Plus one of the following. 1. Minnesota Carry Permit or Minnesota Purchase Permit. FFL dealers a copy of your FFL and Sale tax Permit.
All State and Federal and NFA laws apply. (Note NFA firearms must be done on a ATF Form 3 or ATF Form 4.)
Items are Handguns, Long Guns, *Post 86's firearms, A.O.W firearms, mags. and firearms parts.
Bid Increments of atlease $1.00. Example, reserve is $100.00. if you wish to bid more than $100.00 ie. $101.00
This is a Silent Auction/Seal bids.
You may bid on any items at that time.This auction is both days, at the end of Sunday 6:00 PM. We will check all bids and will call you if you won on Monday.
If you are awarded a bid, you must pick up the item/items within 5 days.

Purchasers must pay Minnesota sale tax. FFL’s must have their Tax number and a copy of their FFL.

Bidders are invited, urged and cautioned to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must contact the custodian indicated in the item description for inspection dates and times. Most of these firearms come from Federal and/or State agencies and Firearms Dealers.
* These Post 86's do not need a Police Letter Head. However You must be a 07/SOT dealer. Pursuant to 27CFR479.105(F).
