K.G.S/KOSCIELSKI'S can offer you a variety of strategies to choose from to enhance your agency budget.
Plan 1. We will auction off your firearms in either a reserve or absolute auction setting; If they don't sell at the auction, we will put the firearm up for retail sale, until our next auction. You make 80% of the price of the firearm.
Plan 2. We can sell your firearms on a consignment basis.
Plan 3. We can buy your firearms out right.
We can offer you new fully automatic weapons in trade for your existing older stock.
K.G.S. Will buy your automatic firearms out right.
For firearms which constitute contraband in their existing configuration we can reduce such items to parts or otherwise disassemble them for you and pay you for the parts.
K.G.S./Koscielski’s, takes possession of your firearms, we will reports the possession of any such firearms to the A.T.F. National Tracing Center so that subsequent traces are referred to Koscielski’s and not your agency.
K.G.S./Koscielski’s will work with the B.A.T.F.E to check all firearms to make sure they comply with:
TITLE 18, UNITED STATE CODE, CHAPTER 44 and/or N.F.A. (26 U.S.C. CHAPTER 53)
We only sell Firearms to F.F.L.'s Dealer or authorize people with Purchaser Permits or Carry Permits only.
When K.G.S. Sells a firearm to a person we do a F.B.I., N.I.C.S Check on the person at the time of sale.
